Ingredients
- 2 Land O Lakes Garlic & Herb Saute Express squares
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
- 1 loaf French bread baguette
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 4-8 lettuce leaves
- 8 thin tomato slices
Method
- Melt Saute Express squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
- Add chicken.
- Saute 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
- Remove from skillet.
- Cut baguette to make 8 sandwiches.
- Mix mayonnaise and green onions in small bowl.
- Spread onto each sandwich.
- Build sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes and chicken.
