Ingredients

  • 2 Land O Lakes Garlic & Herb Saute Express squares
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 1 loaf French bread baguette
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4-8 lettuce leaves
  • 8 thin tomato slices

Method

  • Melt Saute Express squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
  • Add chicken.
  • Saute 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Cut baguette to make 8 sandwiches.
  • Mix mayonnaise and green onions in small bowl.
  • Spread onto each sandwich.
  • Build sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes and chicken.
