Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1 qt. broth
- 1 pt. cracker or bread crumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook the chicken, skin and
- cut
- up the meat.
- Save the skin. Meat the meat with
- the
- broth,
- crumbs and eggs.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place
- in a baking dish.
- Grind the skin and cover the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
