Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn (17 oz.)
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, cut in small cubes or shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- paprika
Method
- Combine corn, crackers, celery, onion and salt; add to this the eggs and stir in milk, butter and cheese.
- Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
- Garnish with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
- Serves 8.
