Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion

Method

  • Blend soup, lowfat milk and dash of pepper.
  • In 1 1/2 qt casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mix and cheese.
  • Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake for 15 min.
  • Makes about 4 c.. Also good to add in about 1/2 c. of diced ham.
