Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c.lowfat milk
- 4 med. potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices (4 c.)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounce.)
- 1 sm. onion, minced (about 1/4 c.)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Empty soup into 2 qt casserole.
- Stir in lowfat milk gradually.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover tightly and microwave on High 20 min, stirring every 10 min, till potatoes are tender.
- Let stand covered 5 min.
- 235 calories per serving.
- 6 servings.
