Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham, sliced or ground
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • In
  • a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, ground ham, cottage
  • cheese, sour cream, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt
  • and pepper.
  • Stir gently until well mixed.
  • Spoon noodle mixture into
  • lightly
  • greased
  • 2-quart
  • casserole
  • dish. Sprinkle Parmesan
  • cheese
  • on
  • top.
  • Bake in a preheated 350° oven
  • for
  • 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Makes 8 servings.
