Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delight
- 6 oz. fettucini
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Melt butter; stir in flour.
- Gradually add half and half; stir until thickened and add Parmesan.
- Cook and stir until thickened. Add crab meat.
- Heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss fettucini with sauce; sprinkle in parsley and serve immediately.
