Ingredients
- 12 ounce fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 12 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 13 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 7 tablespoons dry white wine
Method
- Put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender.
- whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.
- Add the sesame oil and vinegar.
- Pulse to mix everything together.
- Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and white wine and your marinade is ready!
