Ingredients

  • 12 ounce fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 12 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 13 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 7 tablespoons dry white wine

Method

  • Put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender.
  • whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.
  • Add the sesame oil and vinegar.
  • Pulse to mix everything together.
  • Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and white wine and your marinade is ready!
