Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped roast or ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. gravy
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
Method
- Combine meat, onion, gravy and seasonings.
- Place in buttered casserole dish and cover with mashed potatoes.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are slightly browned.
