Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. medium shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, rinsed, patted dry and crumbled
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. minced fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried
- 4 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. pasta, freshly cooked and drained
Method
- Combine shrimp, Feta, onion, oregano, tomatoes, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Let mixture stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
- Add pasta to sauce and toss to coat, or serve sauce separately to top pasta.
