Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. medium shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, rinsed, patted dry and crumbled
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried
  • 4 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. pasta, freshly cooked and drained

Method

  • Combine shrimp, Feta, onion, oregano, tomatoes, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Let mixture stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
  • Add pasta to sauce and toss to coat, or serve sauce separately to top pasta.
