Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. soy bean flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Cut hippo into bite size pieces.
- Add spicy gravy, enough to cover.
- Cook over open pit fire for 3 weeks.
- This will serve 2,500 people.
- If more are expected, a rabbit may be added, but beware, most people do not like hare in their stew!
