Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3 (7 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped or grated
  • 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • salt, pepper and garlic salt

Method

  • Heat soup and dissolve cream cheese in it.
  • Mix well using an electric mixer.
  • Dissolve gelatin in the 1/4 cup cold water and add to hot mixture, mixing well.
  • Cool for 30 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Grease a mold lightly with oil and pour in mixture.
  • May have to dip mold in hot water to release when ready to serve.
  • Serves 40 as a spread.
