- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 (7 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drained and chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped or grated
- 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. cold water
- salt, pepper and garlic salt
Method
- Heat soup and dissolve cream cheese in it.
- Mix well using an electric mixer.
- Dissolve gelatin in the 1/4 cup cold water and add to hot mixture, mixing well.
- Cool for 30 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Grease a mold lightly with oil and pour in mixture.
- May have to dip mold in hot water to release when ready to serve.
- Serves 40 as a spread.
