Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 garlic buttons
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 lb. peeled shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and red pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery in margarine.
- Cut shrimp and add to listed ingredients.
- Cook until shrimp are pink. Add flour, mushroom soup, salt and pepper.
- Simmer about 15 minutes.
- Pour in crust, cover with top crust.
- Bake at 400° about 30 minutes.
