Ingredients
- 2 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
- 1 lemon
- green onions
- cornstarch
- red pepper
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 minced cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt
Method
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Saute garlic and green onions (to your preference).
- Add shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Squeeze half the lemon over the shrimp and add the other half to the sauce.
- Stir in milk and thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water.
- Season to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or angel hair pasta.
