Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Cut large shrimp in half.
- Melt butter, blend in flour and salt.
- Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth.
- Heat. Serve in potty shelves, toast cups or on toast.
