Ingredients

  • 6 pieces boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce, of your choice
  • 1 12 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons seasoning, of your choice

Method

  • Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl put the pieces of chicken and vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes rub the chicken, pour the vinegar out and season the chicken.
  • I used McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
  • Make sure to rub the seasoning into all the little crevices of the chicken.
  • Place chicken on pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Pull out chicken and pour out any excess juices.
  • Then lather the top of the chicken in bar-be-que sauce and put the chicken back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Pull the chicken out again, turn over and lather the chicken again and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Finally pull out the chicken and if dry put more bar-be-que sauce.
  • Serve with a healthy side and Done!
