- 8 cups water
- 3 each chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon, powdered or 3 cubes
- 1 teaspoons black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoons garlic minced, to taste
- 1 x italian seasoning to taste
- 24 ounces mixed vegetables canned drained, or frozen
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon onion, dried flakes or onion flakes
Method
- Very simple and easy.
- Put water, chicken and seasonings into large pot.
- Cover & cook over medium heat until chicken is done (about 1 hour to be safe).
- Remove the chicken from pot, let cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Return chicken back into the pot along with the vegetables and noodles.
- Continue cooking until the noodles are done (about 15 minutes).
- Serve.
