Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 3 each chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon, powdered or 3 cubes
  • 1 teaspoons black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoons garlic minced, to taste
  • 1 x italian seasoning to taste
  • 24 ounces mixed vegetables canned drained, or frozen
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon onion, dried flakes or onion flakes

Method

  • Very simple and easy.
  • Put water, chicken and seasonings into large pot.
  • Cover & cook over medium heat until chicken is done (about 1 hour to be safe).
  • Remove the chicken from pot, let cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Return chicken back into the pot along with the vegetables and noodles.
  • Continue cooking until the noodles are done (about 15 minutes).
  • Serve.
