- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g frozen spinach
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 300 g ricotta cheese
- 20 whole wheat lasagna noodles
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese
- 13 12 g beef bouillon cubes
- 3 cups water
- 36 ounces tomato sauce (1 and 1/2 Jars)
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Defrost Spinach and remove as much water as possible.
- Brown of Ground Beef in frying pan.
- Dice Onions and Garlic and add to Beef.
- Roughly chop Spinach and add to Beef.
- Add Basil, Oregano and Pepper to the Beef.
- Add 1 jar (24 oz) to the Beef.
- Mix together the Ricotta Cheese and the Cottage Cheese.
- Layer your baking pan, Beginning with Lasagna, then 1/4 Cheese mixture, and 1/4 Meat Sauce, repeat, ending with final layer of Lasagna Noodles.
- Mix together the Beef OXO and water with the final half jar of Tomato Sauce.
- Slowly pour this mixture over the top of the Lasagna layers.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese over top and Bake for another 30 Minutes.
