Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. tomato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix ingredients.
- Make into 2 patties.
- Place in skillet with 1 teaspoon oil.
- Brown on both sides.
- Simmer on stove for 30 minutes. Drain off fat.
- Add to the rest of tomato soup 1 teaspoon of mustard and finish can with water.
- Pour over patties and simmer for 10 minutes.
