Ingredients
- 1 Pork Spare Rib Rack
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Method
- First mix together dry rub ingredients
- Massage rub all over the rack of ribs cover and let it sit over night if possible
- Cut the rack in half to fit into skillet
- Heat over to 250 F
- Place the skillet with ribs in the oven and cook for 2 1/2 hours
- Flip rack and cook for an additional 30 minutes
- Voila (wallha) your done & they are amazing!
