Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 4 c. oven toasted rice cereal
- 2 c. whole wheat flakes cereal
Method
- Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar; stir well.
- Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; stir in cereal.
- Press cereal mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
- Let cool for 1 hour.
- Yield:
- 18 servings.
- (Serving 1 x 3 x 2-inch bars.)
