Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin steak, sliced very thin (1/4 inch or thinner)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
- flavored bread crumbs
- oil (olive or any oil)
Method
- Flatten steaks into
- nice
- serving portions.
- Mix eggs and cheese together.
- Dip
- steak
- into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs.
- Coat well.
- Fry
- quickly
- in hot oil.
- Place on paper towel to remove any excess oil.
- This is good with fried potatoes or with side dish of spaghetti and a salad.
