Ingredients
- 10 lb. apples
- 4 c. cider
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Just core apples and cook in the cider until soft.
- Run through sieve.
- For each 3 cups of pulp, add sugar and spices. Cook in slow cooker on low about 18 hours until thick.
- Put in freezer containers and freeze or process in canner for 10 minutes.
