Ingredients
- 4 lb. potatoes or 10 average
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- milk
Method
- Boil potatoes as you would for mashed potatoes.
- Drain.
- Put in mixing bowl with following:
- cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Beat at high speed.
- Beat in enough milk to make mashed potato consistency.
- Fold in chives.
