Ingredients

  • 400 g cook flat pasta or 400 g tagliatelle pasta noodles
  • 125 g ham, cut into thin strips
  • 14 cup butter
  • 34 cup heavy cream
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 18 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 12 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Method

  • Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • add ham and saute until cook about 5mins.
  • pour in cream and simmer until thickened.
  • season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • toss cook pasta to the pan until completely covered with the sauce.
  • sprinkle cheese and serve hot.
