Ingredients
- 400 g cook flat pasta or 400 g tagliatelle pasta noodles
- 125 g ham, cut into thin strips
- 14 cup butter
- 34 cup heavy cream
- salt
- white pepper
- 18 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 12 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Method
- Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- add ham and saute until cook about 5mins.
- pour in cream and simmer until thickened.
- season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- toss cook pasta to the pan until completely covered with the sauce.
- sprinkle cheese and serve hot.
