Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 jar dried beef
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
Method
- Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of dried beef.
- Place in a casserole dish.
- Layer bacon on top of chicken.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- While chicken is baking, mix mushroom soups and sour cream in a saucepan.
- Warm until just starting to bubble. Pour over baked chicken and bake 30 minutes more.
- Serve over yellow rice.
