- 4 c. egg noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook noodles.
- Brown beef in butter; stir in tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
- Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
- Mix sour cream, green onions and noodles.
