Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Herman Sourdough Starter
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Mix dry ingredients, mixing well.
- Stir in Sourdough Starter and oil.
- Turn dough out on a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 to 10 minutes).
- Shape dough into 2-inch balls.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place (85°) free from drafts for about 30 minutes.
- Bake at 425° for 15 to 17 minutes. It yields 15 rolls.
