Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. lean beef
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. sliced onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley

Method

  • Take nice pork chops, remove all fat, wash and pound them; then season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs and fry to a light brown.
  • Fry in a little grease.
