- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. lean beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. sliced onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 small can button mushrooms
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Take nice pork chops, remove all fat, wash and pound them; then season with salt and pepper.
- Roll in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs and fry to a light brown.
- Fry in a little grease.
