Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork roast
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 onion
- pepper (optional)
- no salt
Method
- Roast the pork for 2 hours at 350°.
- Remove and cut up into small pieces (remove any fat).
- Add can of tomato soup.
- Cut up onion and add it.
- Mix the brown sugar, wine vinegar and barbecue sauce (to taste).
- Stir all ingredients.
- Bake for 2 hours in covered casserole dish at 325° to 350°.
- When done, mash with potato masher.
- Serve with cole slaw on large warm buns (optional).
