Ingredients

  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon, cooked
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground kosher salt or 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 12 bell pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup olive oil or 14 cup sesame oil or 14 cup ghee or 14 cup canola oil

Method

  • Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon.
  • Remove skin and bones.
  • Flake salmon.
  • Mix all ingredients including eggs into a mixing bowl.
  • Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once.
  • Serve with sauce of your choice.
