Ingredients
- 8 ounces flank steaks
- southwest seasoning
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 inch
- 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 8 tablespoons roasted red peppers, from a jar, chopped
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
Method
- Rub steak with spice mix and grill or broil to medium rare.
- Let steak stand 5 minutes.
- Spread out tortillas flat on workspace.
- Spread each with 1/4 of mayonnaise, red peppers, and lettuce.
- Roll up burrito style.
