Ingredients
- 3 to 6 slices bacon, julienne slice
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sliced ham
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- fresh parsley
Method
- Brown bacon and pour off fat.
- Add oil, butter and ham.
- Saute 5 minutes.
- Do not brown.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese, then eggs. Pour over hot, drained spaghetti.
- Mix well. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4 generously.
