Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 6 or more large potatoes, cut fine
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 onion, cut fine
- 2 sticks celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Cover real well with water and cook until all is done.
- If not thick enough, make a paste of flour and add a can of cream.
- Then let boil a few more minutes.
