Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of safflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of organic tamari
  • 1 tablespoon of Asian chili paste (garlic paste)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of lemongrass paste
  • 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 generous pinch of sea salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons of sriracha for added spice
  • Cardamom for garnish

Method

  • 1. Add all ingredients to foos processor and blend.
  • 2. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, crusty bread, vegan naan, tortilla, etc. and enjoy!
