Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 pkg. frozen artichokes, thawed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- bread crumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease casserole.
- Blend spinach, melted butter, cream cheese and lemon juice together.
- Place artichokes on bottom of casserole.
- Add spinach mixture.
- Top with crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
