Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (do not cook)
- 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Mix by hand.
- Bake in a 9 x 9-inch greased pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Run knife around edge of pan and let cool slightly.
- Cut into squares.
- Freezes well and can be reheated at 400° for 20 minutes.
