Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 Tbsp. dried or fresh onion, sauteed lightly in butter
- 1/2 c. parsley (fresh)
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash or 2 of hot pepper sauce
Method
- Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry; this is extremely important.
- Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator overnight.
- Add pepper sauce to taste just before serving.
