Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 28 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp splenda
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated onion
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, I used coconut vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter

Method

  • Boil the chicken 7 minutes in water
  • Add tomato sauce, spices, vinegar, and butter.
  • I mixed everything but vinegar and butter in the can of tomato sauce.
  • Simmer to let thicken 25 minutes.
