Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef flank
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 onion
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Method
- Cut beef into narrow strips.
- Cut broccoli into 1-inch pieces at a diagonal angle.
- Cut onion into narrow wedges and separate. Combine beef broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a cup.
- Heat oil in a wok until very hot.
- Add beef.
- Stir-fry until brown.
- Add soy sauce mixture to vegetables; add beef and cook.
- Cover for 2 minutes.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
