- 3 to 4 c. water (start with 3 c. and add more if needed)
- 1 c. Coffee-mate
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. Pace picante sauce
- 1/2 c. chili without beans
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Boil water and add Coffee-mate and cheese.
- Stir until melted. Make a paste of flour and butter.
- Add spices to paste.
- Add paste to cheese mixture.
- Add picante sauce and chili.
- Heat until well blended.
