Ingredients
- 2 pt. fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Method
- Wash and hull strawberries.
- Place in large serving bowl. Cover and chill.
- Just before serving, combine sour cream and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Beat until well blended.
- Serve over strawberries.
- Makes 6 servings.
