Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, baked and cooled
- 1 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding mix
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
- 1 1/2 c. juice, drained from strawberries (if not enough, add water)
Method
- Mix tapioca pudding mix and strawberry juice; bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer until thickens.
- Cool.
- Add strawberries.
