Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. allspice, cloves, cinnamon and pepper
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 1 large head cabbage
Method
- Precook rice; strain.
- Using a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the margarine, tomato soup and cabbage. Prepare cabbage by cutting around the heart to loosen the leaves. Heat the cabbage in a pot with about three inches of water to loosen leaves.
