Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or sausage
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can creamed corn
- Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz
Method
- Cook meat and drain.
- Mix together with other ingredients and heat until cheese melts.
- Make cornbread mix.
- Pour 1/2 of cornbread mixture into skillet.
- Pour meat sauce on top, then rest of cornbread mixture.
- Bake cornbread as usual.
