Ingredients
- 6 green peppers, washed and cleaned out *
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium or large onion, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. cooked Minute rice
- 1/2 c. tomato ketchup
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- *I use frozen pepper halves in the winter and fill them while they are frozen.
