Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 3 cups cooked mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded swiss
- 1 tsp season salt
- 1 tsp fresh garlic
Method
- mix seasoning and beef
- use a 1/3 heading cup and place in bottom of StufZ stuffed burger maker
- Close and depress stuffer to make deep well pocket
- Open and add 1/2 cup cooked muchrooms
- sprinkle with fresh garlic
- add cheese as desired
- place meat on lid as outlined in StufZ instructins.
- Close and depress to seal burger and all the topppings inside.
