- 2 small boxes raspberry jello
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Dissolve jello in
- boiling
- water.
- Let
- stand for
- 10 minutes.
- Mix pie
- filling,
- pineapple and nuts.
- Add to jello and mix well.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish and chill until set. Mix remaining ingredients
- and spread topping
- on set jello. Refrigerate.
- Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
