Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- butter
- onions
- 4 peppers
- 2 c. cooked ground beef
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Method
- Melt butter in a skillet and brown onions and ground beef. Cut tops out of peppers and clean.
- Mix rice, ground beef mixture and spaghetti sauce and stuff into peppers.
- Top with cheese.
- Put some sauce in bottom of pan and place peppers in dish.
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in each pepper (optional).
- Cover with foil and cook at 350°
- for 30 minutes.
