Ingredients
- 1 (29 oz.) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells (1 c., Ronzini)
Method
- Cook shells according to package directions.
- Pour marinara sauce into saucepan and heat.
- Spoon 1 cup of sauce into bottom of a large roasting pan or 1/2 cup sauce into each of two 2-quart baking pans.
- Reserve remaining sauce; keep warm.
